20/09/2024 at 3:48 am11/10. Change my mind but there’s no better lunch for $16 (or $26). Roast duck was outstanding by any standard – dark gold crispy skin, perfectly rendered fat, succulent meat. Took a punt on stir fried scallops and snow peas and they were great too. Service brisk but pleasant. Tableware bit bruised – who cares? Truly excellent.

02/06/2024 at 6:58 amFood is generally good. Roast duck is probably the best on high st preston. Service can be a hit and miss. Prices are reasonable. The roast duck on rice is what I usually get.

12/01/2024 at 11:28 pmOnly downside of the experience is the customer service: very basic and straight to the point. It’s always a very jolting experience dining in: you don’t really feel welcomed. Which is a pity. But if you can go past that, and focus on the food, you’ll enjoy the party of flavours happening in your mouth !

21/08/2022 at 3:47 amThe dishes we ordered were quite disappointing. Main Sweet sour pork was just thickly coated with batter, Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce was made up of 10% Chinese broccoli and 90% Choy sum. There was no mandarin taste in the beef stir fried. We won’t be visiting in future.
