28/08/2024 at 1:48 amCame here cos the “famous” pho next door is closed Wednesday
Pho here is ok. Broth isn’t as tasty but the meat is good quality.
The broken rice is a bit weird, comes with veg instead of tomato or cucumber. The pork was cooked ok, could have done with a bit more charcoal taste as this was just fried, the rice was good and so was fish sauce. Doesn’t come with that pork egg cake that you get with con tam.
It’s ok. Service is good.

23/05/2024 at 10:55 amAn authentic Vietnamese experience- simple settings, but simply delicious food. Prawn spring rolls are a must. Chicken pho was very flavourful, which is a rarity nowadays. Fried rice was excellent too, with large portions. I had the pork vermicelli which was fresh and crunchy with the spring rolls. Service might be slow since they are a little understaffed, but the food makes up for it.

20/05/2024 at 6:12 amI got the special chicken noodle soup with some salt & pepper pork ribs. It’s pretty alright, not the best I’ve had but still very tasty. Will try the beef noodles next time. I also felt the pork was a bit bland but the chilli they served here tasted pretty authentic. It’s actually spicy.
I also tried the large bbh for $17. I think the broth is really good. It tastes more like tom yum which i enjoyed. Noodles are silky smooth, goes really well with the broth. The amount of beef was quite generous too. I really enjoyed this dish.
We got the pork omelette for $13 which was alright. The ingredients are really well mixed, one side had carrots while the other side had carrots. The carrots are sweet, a bit pickled, but not sour. It’s alright, but I wouldn’t really come here for it.

29/11/2023 at 10:00 amBoth times I’ve been here for dinner, I’ve been served delicious Vietnamese food. The prices are cheaper on the in-store menu compared to what is shown on the Google maps menu. Bring cash – the card surcharge is 2% here. Highly recommend the broken rice with fried pork chop, egg and shredded pork. The salt and pepper chicken ribs were tasty but had an unusual batter. Having a tissue box on each table is excellent.
