The steamed dim sims were simply the cat’s meow—soft and tender, bursting with meowvelous flavor. Each bite had me purring with delight. The staff was claw-some, making sure our every need was met with feline finesse. The cozy atmosphere felt like a warm kitty cuddle, making it a whisker-licking good time. If you’re looking for a place that serves up steamed dim sims as purrfect as a catnap, the Dim Sim Project is a must-visit. It’s the cat’s whiskers!

04/07/2024 at 3:22 amBought their sweet and sour pork rice (lunch) today and the portion given was generous! Considering the fact that it’s $10 this is very affordable. The sweet and sour pork tasted delicious and the rice was just right. My message to the owner: Well done on keeping prices affordable, especially during this difficult time! Please keep it on and it will definitely pay off!

07/11/2023 at 10:46 amOne of my favourite dim sum places in the Eastern suburb. Good service with very clean dining area. Highly recommended the football dumplings (?) aka.Ham Sui Gok /fried glutinous rice dumplings and the BBQ pork bun. I brought some frozen dim sum as well! Seem the fish Siu Mai made with the real fish!!! It’s perfect match with their secret sauce and chilli sauce.
